Can I exchange a scent for another one?<\/em><\/summary>Yes, as long as the product is still sealed in its wrapping and within 14 days of delivery. In this case, exchange shipping is at your cost.<\/div><\/details>
Who pays for return shipping?<\/em><\/summary>If the return is due to our mistake (a damaged or wrong product), we cover all costs. If you changed your mind, return shipping is at your cost and the original shipping fee isn't refunded.<\/div><\/details>
