How do I place an order?

Choose the product and size you like, click "Add to cart", then open your cart and click "Proceed to checkout". Enter your name, address, mobile number and governorate, then confirm your order.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Currently we accept cash on delivery: you pay for your order and shipping to the courier when it arrives.

Do I need an account to order?

No, you can check out as a guest. If you create an account, you can track your orders and save your address for next time.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes, as long as it hasn't shipped yet. Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and the change you need.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is calculated automatically at checkout based on your governorate:

EGP 75Cairo, Giza, Alexandria, the Delta, Canal governorates and Matrouh

EGP 95Upper Egypt (Beni Suef, Fayoum, Minya, Assiut, Sohag, Qena, Luxor, Aswan), Red Sea, New Valley, North and South Sinai

Do you deliver to all governorates?

Yes, we ship to every governorate in Egypt. Pick yours at checkout and the shipping cost appears right away.

When will my order arrive?

We prepare and ship your order as quickly as possible. Delivery time depends on your governorate; farther governorates take a little longer than Cairo and the Delta.

How do I track my order?

If you have an account, you'll find all your orders and their status under My Account → Orders. If you ordered as a guest, send us your order number and we'll tell you where it is.

What's the difference between body splash and body lotion?

Body splash is a light, refreshing mist that leaves a lovely scent on your skin, while body lotion moisturizes your skin and carries the same scent. Used together, the scent lasts longer.

What sizes does the body splash come in?

It comes in two sizes: 100 ml and 250 ml. See every scent on the shop page.

What is a bundle?

A bundle pairs the body splash and body lotion in the same scent as one set, available in 6 scents so you can pick the mood that suits you.

What are the kids perfumes?

A kids perfume collection in 8 different scents, each with its own character and box, with light, cheerful scents little ones love.

How can I make the scent last longer?

Apply the lotion to clean skin after a shower, then spray the body splash on your neck, wrists and behind the knees. Moisturized skin holds scent longer.

Returns & Exchanges

Can I return a product?

Yes, within 14 days of delivery as long as the product is sealed in its original packaging. Full details are in our Refund & Return Policy.

My product arrived damaged or wrong. What do I do?

Take photos of the product and the box and send them to us within 48 hours of delivery. We'll replace it or refund you in full, and shipping is on us.

When will I get my refund?

Once we receive and inspect the product, we refund you within 7 – 14 working days to a mobile wallet or bank account.
